If you feel like you NEED it, you might be addicted, in which case you should certainly seek help.

I wouldn't call those habits particularly 'normal', no. Smoking excessively and drinking every weekend isn't very good your well being. Considering you're 15 it would also be exponentially worse for your health, as your body and cognitive processes are still developing.

Smoking daily isn't the best thing to be doing. If you're going to smoke, try limiting yourself to just the weekends and eliminate drinking. Cannabis > alcohol in terms of health. The most important thing when it comes to using psychoactives is moderation and willpower. You control the substance, the substance does not and should not control you. Don't kid yourself about it either. If you feel like your use is getting in the way of the other aspects of life - even in the slightest - stop using.

From personal experience, I know what it's like to be in your shoes. The world of psychoactives is definitely an interesting one and I can see why you'd want to experiment. However, the world without them offers more meaningful experiences. I've been down both paths, and I can assure you the one riddled with sobriety is much better.

Just depends on how it's impacting your life. Or if you're doing it because something is wrong that needs to be addressed like clinical depression.

Even if you're not addicted you need help. You should tell some specialist right away, you probably won't get in trouble as there's no criminal intent. You will definitely get help if you ask for it.

It's not exactly healthy and as you're young you could be putting yourself in danger with health issues and the law... I'm not judging you, just providing an opinion that I think the earlier you try to give up, the better.

That's misleading. There is very much such a thing as 'normal' in the medical and pathological world.
