Hey guys, this is my first post here so please correct me if I am wrong. So I'm 13 and this year with my school I have to go to this camp. We share tents with other guys. We have to shower regularly and it's all communal showers. It's like in the swimming bars, no separators in-between showers all open. My penis is 4.5" erect and there's many pubes hiding it, so I don't think that will be a problem, it's just the fact of having others looking at my 'down there' area. Has anyone else been in this problem before and how did you overcome it?

If you're nervous about having other guys your age seeing you naked, don't worry about it because are likely going to be other guys nervous too! You guys all have the same thing "downstairs" so nothing to be worried about. Just get in, get showered, and get out :)

Personally i don't like others looking at me naked so i change in a stall and try to shower without anyone looking. Although i've never personally had to shower in a communal shower, you shouldn't care what others think because they are most likely in the same situation. You all have a penis and most likely hair down there so i don't think anyone cares. :) Hope this helps.

I never shower at communal showers- I just skip it altogether. Disgusting, yeah, but I'm too self conscious to shower among others, guys or no.

What I would do in that situation is just get it over with. I would just keep to myself, stare at the wall in front of me the whole time pretending im in my own shower and just be quick. In and out.

I shower with my camp mates sometimes. I only do it with one other person since being in a shower full of other boys is embarrassing without my swimsuit.
