Yesterday I got sad and I started digging in to my wrist with my nails and I started scratching until I stripped all the skin away and blood was coming out. I washed it with cold water but today it's excrutiating and I can't even put clothing on over it and it's scabby. What can I do to make it heal faster because it's rally painful and noticeable

Do you have any Neosporin in the house?

You can't really force your skin to heal, it just has to take it's own course. Keep it clean, cover it with a plaster or anything of that nature and let it take it's own time. It will heal quicker though, if exposed to air. You can try moisturiser and aloe vera or medicated cream too as that can help. Let it scab over, it will hurt, you stripped the skin off.

It's worth a try. Of course Siobhan's totally right, but like Neosporin, there are creams that might help keep it clean and free of infection. Might help speed up the healing process too but other than what the boxes say, I don't really have anything to back that up.
