This generation of gamers need to be inspired to imagine humanity having a future in space.

why? space practically isn't a option for decades.
would be wiser first inspiring this gen getting more involved in real life to solve real and perhaps urging problems on this world.

Humanity won't be living beyond Earth for at least 100 years, and it's only going to be highly trained astronauts at that. I'm sure Mass Effect is fun and all (I haven't played it), but we don't need another one for this reason.
