The week of downtime sucks, but having the upgraded model will be worth it, especially since there was an issue before. Did you decide on how you want it, high, tight, etc? (I still think, if one is going to do it, don’t do it halfway, embrace the change and get the full benefit and go toward the tighter end of the spectrum, but anything that fixes the medical issue will be an upgrade.)

I think it's possibly to avoid reading anything that could make him hard. I hear it's incredibly painful for a teen to get a boner soon after being cut, so needs to rest

Does the operation take a full week ??
Normally, you should just get the cut, the stitches, then back home
You should be able to get back on here the very day after :lol:

He might have to visit a different parent, or some other sort of arrangement that will keep him off the internet for a while. Or else he’s just trying really hard to not think about it until it’s healed.

He will be done by a specialist who is used to doing it, so no worry it will be fine :)
