14 and tiny flaccid penis?

Measures 2.5 inches soft and 5.5 hard girth is 4 inches
started puberty around 12 just recently got leg, armpit, facial hair. grown 3 cm since last year (2019 MAy)and last year to last last year (2018 May) 3 cm. got a full bush but I trim. Tanner scale ~2.8 to the test. How big will my penis grow potentially? Also will my soft size grow by how much?
Also for those with foreskin, does anybody shoot because of their foreskin? I masturbate everyday up to two times so I don't shoot if I don't pull it back but when I went to camp and masturbated 1 time in that week I shoot like 5 metres without pulling back. Next week I pulled back and shot like 10 metres. Does anybody do the same thing?

First of all, 2.5 inches is not at all tiny for a flaccid penis. In fact, for a 14 year old boy, its perfectly average.
For your second question: your penis may be finished growing as 5.5 inches is already above average size but it may grow bigger- who knows.
For your third question: your soft size may not grow (because, once again, its already average) but it might.
And i have no idea what your last question even means.

Don't worry too much. Both your flaccid and erect size are good for a 14 year old and you're still likely to continue grow based on your tanner scale

Your size really isn't small for 14. You have already an average sized adult male penis. At 14 I would think that you still have some significant growth ahead of you. I took my biggest penis and testicle growth between 15-16. You most likely will grow more too so don't be uptight.

About your foreskin. I see no correlation between having a foreskin period and shooting. You shoot because you have enough natural pressure to shoot not because it funnels in your foreskin.

I would say that your penis isn't small for your age. I'm 17 and I'm 5.5 hard. You have nothing to worry about b/c you are above average for 14. If you are still growing probably your penis will get larger.

But, what I want to know is the distances that you shoot your load. You said you shot 5 meters (16 feet) without pulling back your foreskin and 10 meters (32.8 feet) when pulling it back. That's a long distances. Since you used the old English measurements that we still use in the USA for your penis sizes, did you mean "feet" instead of meters (Metrics)? I don't think that pulling back your foreskin or leaving it not retracted has any bearing on the distance that you shoot your load. I have a foreskin and there is little differences the distance that I can shoot if my foreskin is pull back or not.

My soft size varies a lot based on temperature and other factors as well. It’s really funny lol sometimes it’s only 3.5 other times it’s 5 soft. And soft size doesn’t matter at all unless it’s a medical problem so you’re fine, especially only at 14.

And I’m uncut but I tend to like to pull back to shoot. I unfortunately can’t pull back all the way bc of tightness, even when stroking sadly.
