This may have been asked before but what the hell!
I was watching a YouTube video with this same title and it made me wonder what the responses would be on here.
So:
Is there a 'bad' movie you love?
A 'good' movie you hate?
An actor you just can't stand?
Tell all here in this thread!

Is there a 'bad' movie you love? I loved the live action version of Lady and the Tramp that was released on Disney+ I’ve seen a lot of hate for it, and I don’t think it deserves it. It’s cute, and it’s supposed to be what it is because it’s on a mostly G rated streaming service
A 'good' movie you hate? The Matrix. For some reason it’s incredibly boring to me. I understood it and everything, but....meh
An actor you just can't stand? I wanted to say Kristen Stewart because of the whole Twilight series being a giant dumpster fire (books and movies). However, she’s not half bad in some of her other roles. Sooooo I’m gonna say Megan Fox. She sucks in absolutely everything I’ve seen her in, and was obviously cast for boobs and not for acting

I can't think of a good movie I'll go as far as to say I hate, but a bad movie I love is Plan 9 From Outer Space. Pure garbage, but so fun.
An actor I can't stand is Adam Sandler.

Well there’s cult following in my friend circle for The Room. Someone started it and then everyone watched it. It’s so bad and so good.

I said on a recent thread that I was a fan of the Cats movie which received pretty much universal criticism. Also I think The Human Centipede is absolutely hilarious.
I tried to watch Scarface once and I just couldn't get into it. I can't think of a 'good' film I actually hate though.
I'm not a big fan or critic of actors/actresses to be honest. But one who I don't think is very good at all, is Emma Watson. Don't @ me.

Jail Bait
From what I can remember, I think it's the best of the worst of Ed's movies.

Yep... I agree. But, "Glen and Glenda" and "Plan 9 From Outer Space" would ran a close seconds to "Jail Bait".

Is there a 'bad' movie you love? nope
A 'good' movie you hate? nope
An actor you just can't stand? not really. mostly I just remember boring or good characters in movies but not the names of the individuals who portrayed those fictional charakters.

Although it turned out a mess with bad acting, Glen or Glenda was kinda brave to make at the time, with the touchy subject and all that.

Yes. That is true. I vaguely remember the movie as I saw it when TCM (Turner Classic Movies) presented a week of Ed Wood movies last year It was quite a groundbreaking movie for it's day (1953) as the movie told the stories of 2 characters, 1 who is a crossdresser and the other wants to have a sex change operation (male to female). Those were heady subject for the 1950's. I was surprised it ever got pass the movie ratings censors. I remember that Bela Lugosi played the doctor who narrates the movie. Even though the movie had a lot of bad actors and dialogue, I though that Bela Lugosi gave one of his "better" performances. Just my opinion.

Yeah it took some serious balls to make a movie with that theme back then. Actually, Bela was a good actor, he just had an awful director in the end. xD

Maybe this belongs in "unpopular opinions" but the whole series Beverly Hills 90210 is so bad I can not find words.

Never seen a single episode myself, but I'm not too eager to watch it either. xD

Don't bother. With your fine sense of movies, it would be the low point of the year. Probably decade. If you dare to do it anyway, make sure to have a loved one close to comfort you in your great disapointment.

Bad movie I like: Like somebody else in the thread said, I love horror movies even though tons of them are absolute trash.
Good movie I hate: Everyone seemed to really enjoy The Shape of Water and I thought it sucked.
Actor: Can't really think of one where everything they do annoys me.

I have not watch watched any of the harry potter movies yet. For whatever reasons, every time I start I loose interest after about 20 minutes. That's not exactly hating a good movie, just not finding a movie not very interesting. Maybe someday I will change my mind.

They don't appeal much to me either. I've seen one of them, and it was okay. If they air one of them one day and I have nothing better to do, and nothing else is on, I might watch.

I'm just gonna come out of the closet about this: I think The Last Jedi was a pretty fun, ok movie overall. Some plotlines led nowhere and there certainly were certain scenes that I disliked but overall it was a fun time at the movies.
