Sleeping Attire

What do you normally wear to sleep? I usually wear a t shirt and shorts, which I assume is more than what most people wear, and would like to start wearing just underwear and when I move out, even start sleeping naked. Also, do you have any tips for ways to start wearing less in a house with parents and siblings?

I switched to sleeping naked a few years ago and just wore boxers before that.
If your parents and siblings aren't comfortable with that, especially if you're sharing a room, not much you can do. But you'll have to try it and or ask them about it to find out.

I wish I could sleep naked but unfortunately I dont really have the privacy to do it, because usually my mom wakes up before me and will go in my room while I’m sleeping to get garbage.

I think a good majority of us sleep in a
tee shirt and boxers. It isnt out of the
ordinary. If u cannot wear less or none
it is ur parents order so u have to do as
they say not that it is right but once u get
out on ur own then u can sleep however u
want. U could ask ur parents that when it
is too warm if u can sleep without a shirt.

For me it depends on the weather.
Pyjamas in winter.
Shorts and a t-shirt for mild weather.
Just the shorts in hotter weather.
Nothing for the hottest days.

What do you mean by wearing "less"?
By the way, you have the right to sleep in just your underwear or naked. Just say it is more comfortable for you.

ive been sleeping nude since middle school. I wake up on my own and my parents and sister dont rly come into my room much. and if they do they knock. id say just start wearing less until your comfortable with going nude. of course if you share a room either talk to whoever u share a room with or go to bed in shorts and slide them off under the covers (but dont do that if they said they're uncomfortable with you sleeping nude, only if you dont want to ask them).
