I have a thing in my family for the men to get xtreme acne at some point in life but so far a few acne parts just appear then disappear in a few day for me. I'm not sure but I feel luckey :P

I have lots of acne.
The best way I find is: 1. Wipe face with Oxy pads in the morning and at night.
2. Cut your hair short (The oil from your hair makes your face oily too)
3. WASH YOUR FACE.
4. Wash your hair.

yeah you need to make sure you wash your face at least daily.
if you have been sweating then wash it after you have finished whatever made you sweat... wash if your face gets oily like after a day of school.
i also use clean and clear acne control cleanser and that stuff it tends to work well.

If over the counter products don't seem to get rid of your acne, go see a dermatologist, they can give you something stronger. Like everyone's said though, be sure to wash your face every day. Once in the morning, once at night. And be sure to change your pillowcases out every week, the oils from your face collect in the fabric over time, since your face rests on it all night, and going a long time without changing the sheets can cause more zits.
