I don't need to use lube to masturbate since I'm uncut. But the best personal lubricants in my opinion are Astroglide and KY gels. Those are water based and easy to clean up. Never use oil based lubes with condoms. Those could degrade the condom and cause a breakage when you least expect that to happen.

I've heard uncut guys would use lube to stop friction. I've never used lube and I'm cut and have never had problems

What does being cut or uncut have to do with it? I've never heard that before.

Lube reduces friction, and especially for tightly cut guys who don't have extra skin on their penis their hands rubbing against their dick can cause friction. Usually, uncut guys do not need to use lube since their foreskin does provide something to prevent friction. However, both cut and uncut guys can use lube without any issue.

For cut and uncut guys lube comes in handy for sex. A lot of people use lube for that purpose.

As for how lube feels, it might make things more fun for you or may do nothing special. You have nothing to lose by trying it to see if it does anything for you. Lube certainly will not hurt you, and if it gives you a good feeling, then you discovered something new!

I think Second Chance explained it well, this is why guys who are not cut usually don't need lube. I suppose you have precum if you do not need lube ?
