It's safe if it's done safely. Not all guys do it. It doesn't hurt if it's done right. Some people think it feels good and others try it and don't care for it.

I've tried it twice and I really like it. IT doesn't hurt, you just feel some pressure for a minute or two.

I've tried it a few times, I feels pretty good to do every now and then. just don't poke anything that shouldn't be poked and you'll be fine.

It is safe if done safely! Personally i love it. It might hurt at first but once you get used to it and if you know how to do it properly, it can make an orgasm 10x better! Your prostate is in your rectum about an inch or two in on the side closer to your genitalia so if you rub that, it can make an orgasm much stronger. Some men can even get an orgasm just through anal stimulation! Let's be clear though, and say it's not just a gay thing.
