ok so basically I've been jerking off the wrong way, as if i were uncut, rather than using lube/lotion, and as a result my circumcision has become loose. Also, this caused my ball skin to get very loose and move forward. There is too much skin around the base of my dick which looks wrinkly. is this normal, can i grow out of it, or is there something i can do about it??

Doesn;t sound too awful, it'd probably revert back to it's normal state in time. Until then, use lube if it worries you

You are perfectly normal. You are cut loose. You haven't been jerking the wrong way man. You can use that extra skin to your advantage in jerking. Just be thankful you weren't cut extra tight because in some cases an erection can be painful to extra tight cut guys. Also you are maturing more you will see changes to your penis and testicles. I had my biggest changes between 15-16 and that's right where you are my friend so don't worry.
