Hy mate, I'm 17 in 2 months I've got 18, my penis size when hard it's around 11 cm and soft is 6 cm, I'm kinda worried about my size I'm scared my penis is to small for my age :(

Do you have an idea when you started going through puberty? Going into high school, I was just under 5 inches hard, and in the last two years I have grown about an inch and half. Compared to all of my friends, I was more of a late bloomer. Because all teenagers grow differently and at different times, there is no real "normal" until puberty is finished. Hope this helps!

I am only like 2 soft at most, if it’s cold though it can be pretty embarrassing. So yeah, not alone on the being smaller thing :)

Gotta watch out for that shrinkage in the locker room though. Has happened to me and it shrank really small. My friend made some jokes about it but it was all in fun, still embarrassing though

And everyone should be thankful to you and the others here, that are being honest about their sizes.
