Eh there is no real time limit... I mean you should jerk off whenever you feel like it, as long as it isn’t obsessive and getting in the way of real life responsibilities. I don't think there is any magic number of hours or days but it isn't linear, i.e. if you wait twice as long you don't necessarily get twice the size of load. As the glands start to get full an equilibrium is reached so the increase in quantity slows down.

Also bear in mind there is a quantity/quality tradeoff. Do you prefer more orgasms or fewer but maybe better orgasms? The only way to resolve this is to experiment yourself and see what frequency works for you.

This cum leaking out without much of a feeling is, I think, called a ruined orgasm, though you could perhaps more accurately describe it as ejaculation without orgasm.
