I started puberty early (erections, pubic hair and cum at 10). You may have just grown early and stopped. You may grow more. 5 to 7 inches is average for an adult male, so you are fine for now

don't be worried! I was that size at your age and now I'm over 8". I've never had a problem with it.

but what someone else about growing early and stopping early might also be true. just have to wait and see.

Could happen, but you may just be an early bloomer. I am 14 and 6.3" hard I still have hopes but I think I'm almost done growing.
