When you pee if you don't pull back the foreskin there's a chance that residue gets "trapped" inside the foreskin, so you'll have wash it well
Same with cum and specially precum

All guys going through puberty have some odors. Like when you first get underarm body odor and have to start using deodorant. If boys with foreskins practice proper hygiene then they are no different than circumcised boys. If anyone doesn't bath regularly they are going to stink eventually.

If you don't wash your dick on a regular basis you will have a smelly dick. It's good personal hygiene to take a bath or shower daily to prevent bad odors from emitting from your body.

As long as you clean yourself you shouldn't smell. There really isn't an excuse for it.
