Similar music to one album?

I love Vanessa Carlton's most recent album, Rabbits on the Run, and also her newest single I'll Wait for You. The sound is just beautiful, ethereal and haunting. I would looove more artists and bands like it. However, when I look for similar artists it all comes up as the same few artists, whose styles are like her previous albums.

Does anyone know of any music like her new sound?

I tried looking up sites that do similar artists by album, but didn't find any, and the ones that do it by artist come up with people like her previous albums.

you could go on spotify, they'll make a radio out of an artist, a song or an album you choose, and find songs and artist most likely like the one you choose. or you could go to a music store, and ask if they know anything

You could also go on Last.fm, go to Carlssons's page and see the related artists

Spotify gave me Michelle Branch, Natasha Bedingfield, Colbie Caillat and Daniel Powter. Only seems to be these 4, I just tried skipping through more to see any more people and it kept returning me to those. So, try them first and then try to find others. I didn't listen to much of the voice but atleast Natasha Bedingfield and Colbie Caillat sound kinda similar :kitty:
