I read posts by girls stating that with some boys, vaginal sex is great yet with some boys, vaginal sex hurts. Well, since I haven't done vaginal sex, how and why would that hurt the girl? Isn't a boy's boner suppose to fit inside the girls vagina?

Yeah our boners do fit inside a girl... there are different reasons why it might be uncomfortable for the girl... I mean girls are kinda like guys in that they are all different, some girls are tighter inside than other girls... if a girl is a virgin she will usually be very tight the first time... another problem is if the guy tries to penetrate too fast... arousal for girls isn’t as blatantly obvious as it is for us guys... girls need to be turned on, you can’t just stick it in there... when they get turned on, they get wetter and loosen up down there... lube can also help with this.

Well especially when a girl is a virgin the first few times she has vaginal sex her vagina may hurt until she gets used to having a penis inside her vagina. So a boy should take it slow and easy with her and ask her to tell you if it hurts too much. Also ask her to tell you what you should do differently to make it better. I would suggest that you also use lube to help lesson the pain.
An other reason it might hurt a girls vagina is if the boy has an unusually large penis. This would also make her hurt having vaginal sex.
