I find as I get older (15) my pubes are less dense and spreading out more than when they first came in at 13. I also find there are 2-3 pubic hairs in my underwear each day. Maybe it's because of the color as they are light brown. Is this happening to u? What color are yours?

Yeah I also loose a pubic hair here and there. Mine have also grown out a lot compared to when I was 11. The hair just around my dick is quite thick, but anything that is closer to the inner thigh or my part of my happy trail is much less dense. My pubes are brown.

The spreading out is normal. I am surprises you say they are less dense where they originally started to grow as usually the spreading out just means they grow in the new places as well as the old.
As for them falling out, all hairs have a growth cycle. Each hair folicle starts growing slowly, the rate of growth speeds up for a while, then it slows down and stops, then eventually the hair falls out. Then the cycle repeats.
Unlike many other animals which have seasonal moults where the hair folicles have some syncronisation to shed fur for the warmer part of the year and grow it longer for the winter, in humans there isn't any syncronisation so at any time there will be folicles in all of the different stages.
This cycle is the way the length of hair is regulated. For our head hair we don't usually test that, because we cut it before it gets to its natural maximum length, but for pubes this is the mechanism that keeps even untrimmed pubes down to a reasonably short length rather than having them grow long enough to reach your kness.
So don't worry about the ones that fall out, that is normal too.

Everyone loses pubes daily. You will find them in your undies in the bathroom and virtually anywhere that you dress and undress.
It is also normal as you mature for your pubes to spread out. You are a normal male.

It's normal to lose pubes. Usually the hairs will grow back. This is the same for hair on the rest of your body.

You are a animal. All animals she'd hair and skin, it is not unusual for you to find hair in your underwear. Now if clumps fall out, then worry

I'd say they are changing as you change. Nothing to worry about here.
