I suspect the original post may have been a bit tongue in cheek, i.e. the only reason he had not jacked off in 2020 (yet) was because the year had only just begun at the time he posted.

But to those who actually intend to try abstinence I completely agree with Jamie. There's no prize for long term abstinence.
