It is possible that your ex girlfriend is a lo so very confused at the moment. It could also be that she was struggling with the distance in your relationship.

Thanks for the reply, did help a fair bit.. I gave her a bit of time and we're sort of talking about it now. Don't want to pressure her with anything, but she's still telling me some things in her own time so I can get an idea of what's happening.
