It's been a while since I posted in here.

I am currently on my Winter break from college, which lasts for a few weeks. I've been extremely low energy and sleeping most of the day, watching Netflix, and just thinking. I've hung out with friends a lot, though, which is good.

I'm also going to be trying Zoloft again soon, but at a higher dosage. I tried it back in high school, but it was a lower dose and it didn't feel like it did much. I tried bupropion in college and had really bad side effects (very bad health anxiety; I'd rather be depressed than experience that again), so I weaned off of it.

I did very well managing my depression this past term in college, I think. It still cropped up somewhat bad here and there, but I exercised a good amount (2-3 times a week by the end) and that helped a lot. I'm going to continue doing that when I go back to college.

Depression really is a long fight. Even if I never truly beat it, I am glad to know that I am trying and treating it. I can see a purpose for my life now. Here's to a great future to myself and all others suffering with depression.

2 or 3 times a week will get ur mind
working clearer and also benefiting ur
body.

Hi Dan, glad to hear of your progress! I'm also trying to keep my depression at bay, and I know it's usually more challenging than not. Please stay strong, and enjoy your break - I know I am :D
