A couple years ago I got hold of some KY Warming Gel and I rubbed it on my erect penis, thinking maybe I'd masturbate with it. NEVER DO THAT! It might be okay for sexual massages (I think that's what it's marketed for), but NOT to massage your dick or balls.
At first it didn't feel like much, but about 10-20 minutes later, especially the head of my dick started to uncomfortably burn (get very warm-feeling). It was awful, and you can't wash it off to get rid of that burning feeling. Eventually, several hours later, I was okay. No lasting damage to my little friend.
