A few days ago, I saw a 4 years girls naked while she was taking bath. I had no no sexual thoughts about her but still precum got discharged.

I understand that precum is normal when some one is sexually excited but I have no sexual fantasy/thoughts about a 4 year old. So I am worried over this issue that why I leaked precum after seeing a 4 year old girl naked.

During puberty anything can give u a boner and precum. A ham sandwich can give me a boner. It does not mean anything. It's just hormones going crazy.

U r just starting puberty. Ur going to
experience a lot of different things
that might happen. Subconsciously
u got aroused and produced precum
and u didn't even realize it. Don't
worry about it.

Like the others said. In puberty we have odd things happen that are not necessarily sexually originated by sexual thoughts or stimulus. I wouldn't worry about what happened to you.

Your penis may of been releasing precum anyway and just conisedance that u were looking at a 4-year-old.

During puberty you can have precum oozing from your penis looking at a can of beans! Your body is beginning to mature and it's normal happening. You just will have to get use to it.
