Any of you on here like slapstick? I do. I love the Three Stooges, Laurel & Hardy, Chaplin etc. It's a nice break from all those comedies today where everything is about what's inside the pants.

So, anyone agree, or is it just old dusty shit? Let me know. xD

Yeah I just found it silly when I was a lot younger, but it grew on my over time. :)

LOL I agree-I wouldn't think about the
Three Stooges if it wasn't aired on tv right
now but I enjoy it. :)

True that. :) They're not aired over here much, but I watch them on YouTube once in a while. :)

I have seen clips of the Three Stooges. Funny! i wonder if it was considered controversial way back then?

Not sure how that could be controversial, but who knows, it was a different time. :)

I dunno. I was thinking "violent content" though to us it may seem rather tame

True, there's lots of ultra violence in that show.

I can see kids going full Stooge on their friends and the parents writing their angry letters to the studios or something. :P

Haha, yeah. :P Entertainment of most kinds have taken the blame from real life violence. xD Michael Winner, director of the first "Death Wish" once wondered what they blamed in the 16th century and around those times. Violent paintings?
