Im approching 6ft tall (near 5'11) and im only 60 kilos (or approx. 110 pounds) is this underweigjt and should i be doing anything to help. Im also weak as piss but that might be me playing games as my hobby not weight lifting. It just doesmt feel right to be that skinny. Im 14

U just have started puberty and with it
comes growth especially with bones which
causes how short or tall u r going to b. This
time u lose baby fat if u ever had it. Ur weight
is low but if u eat a lot of carbos and protein
and do work out u can build ur weight up and
gain muscle mass. If u do get weak like u say
I think u should have a physical to c if their is
any other problem. Ur doctor could advise u
how to increase ur weight. I have some friends
that r over 6ft tall and weigh on the 120 pound
scale. It depends on genetics also. Build some
muscle.

60kg is more than 110lbs. I'm about 57kg which is about 125lbs.

I am sure when you are around 16 your shoulders will start broadening and you will most likely start bulking up in your body too. I am 6'1" and 170 lbs.. I was pretty skinny too at 14.

60 kilos is actually about 135lbs, which is a fairly healthy weight at 14.

I am not too large of a gazebo:
I am 8 feet 7 inches tall, with a diameter of 10 to 12 feet long.
My weight is only 95 pounds, for easy transport to other outdoors locations!

As for you, you are a bit underweight for that height, but that is normal as your metabolism is probably insanely high like mine was when I was 14. That’ll slow down eventually, and unfortunately the weight will come back too as a result lol.

Ive actually been in pubertu for coming in 3 years now. Also my 15th bday in about 1 month

Ah i see. I guess all my mates are fatties then lmao. Most of hem do martial arts tho, so tey all built and are about 80 kilos

I've got totally confused with all the stones, pounds, kilos, miles, kilometres, yards, feet, metres.

So according to my now very confused calculator, which is now sweating, I weigh 4 ounces! :eek: ;)

Seriously Billy, you sound a bit underweight for your height, but if you take your age into account, everyone who says you'll broaden out and grow more prominent muscles as you get further into puberty is almost certainly right. :)

My advice still stands about eating sensible with
carbos and protein and a good exercise program
should put some weight on and gain mass. jamie_n5
is also right during puberty about broadening shoulders
and gaining muscle. Since u say u r already going thru
puberty awhile and u r at that weight u need to gain
some muscle. I hope u r watching ur weight not by
overeating but sensible eating. :)
