You can because precum is almost all sperm. It’s a lot harder tho cuz sperm has trouble traveling with itself that’s my cum (semen) has other stuff in it too. Precum also happens when u are aroused, cum only happens when u orgasming ;)

Hi, precum is from the bulbourethral gland. It can contain sperms so it can lead to a pregnancy. The body uses precum to clean the urethra before an ejaculation. It also increases the pH value, neutralizing the acidity caused by urine. Moreover, it's a natural lubricant.
It's way different from cum.

That's not true. For example, the marker GGT is absent in precum.

Oh upon research I discover that that precum contains low to no sperm and I have been mislead in the past  but I still remember being told that precum can still get a girl pregnant.

Precum is a clear lubricating fluid secreted for lube in sexual intercourse. It can contain a very very low amount of sperms. Cum is the actual semen containing millions of sperms.
Girls also secrete a lubricating fluid during sex.

Bear in mind I have seen the term pre-cum used incorrectly on here to mean semen that does not yet look like adult semen. You cannot tell whether cum contains sperm or how many by looking at it with the naked eye.
What is usually meant by pre-cum is as described by german_boy and jamie_n5 and the clue is that it oozes out when you are aroused but have not yet got to orgasm whereas semen (cum) is ejaculated as you have the orgasm.
Yes, it can contain some sperm, though a very low concentration, so technically it could result in pregnancy though I don't know if there is any proof of this happening. There are plenty of cases of the pull-out method of birth control not working and the girl ending up pregnant but I suspect most of these are due to failing to pull out in time.
There are two things that help make it such an unreliable method. Firstly pulling out goes against your instincts and, if she is about to ovulate, i.e. the most fertile point in her cycle, against her instincts too. There was a discussion on here where a girl reported getting the urge to grab the guy's bum and hold him in as close as possible. Then the majority of the sperm are in the first couple of spurts so even a moment too late and the job is done.
Probably why this is not discussed, and sperm in pre-cum is, is because some people will think to themselves "I've got more control that other guys, it won't happen to me". Don't risk that! If you're not ready to be a dad use a reliable method.

As stated by other here, precum contains some sperm. If you have unprotected sex there is a chance she could get pregnant.

Schools often tell you pre-cum contains sperm. WRONG. But the story is more complex. On your first round of the night the penis should have no residue sperm but if you ejaculate once the have another go often Precum can contain the sperm left from the previous time round. It’s just safer to tell kids that any willy juice can get a girl pregnant cause technically it’s true.

It seems like you are cumming though a very small amount.
When was the first time this had happened? Do you get an orgasm (the really good feeling) when the clear stuff comes out?

Pre cum is like a little bit of the liquid stuff that comes out but all at once. It can contain the sperm cells so it could still cause pregnancy

Then you have started cumming though it is not a big amount. At least you're in puberty now, and you should be producing more cum within the next six months.
Before last Friday did anything come out, or was that the first time stuff came out? Was it a lot of stuff that came out, or was it just a very little bit and clear? Did it feel good when it came out?

Then it that case you definitely ejaculated for the first time, and congratulations.
Just remember that you will be having wet and dry orgasms for around six months before things go totally wet. Also, your cum might be clear and watery for a while until your body matures enough to make white semen. Unless you are anxious to make a child making clear cum should be enough for you for the time being.
Also, remember to keep yourself clean down there and to shower after you ejaculate. If you use tissues/Kleenex to clean up, then make sure you empty your garbage can frequently so that your bedroom does not smell (if you masturbate there). If you can invest in baby wipes, then that is the best way to clean up after ejaculating assuming you cannot shower right away. If you get cum on your bedsheets or clothing, then definitely put them in the wash. If you masturbate in the shower and get cum in there, then make sure you're clean and use bathroom cleaner after the fact so that others are not stepping in your cum even if you wash it down the drain.
If you have a foreskin, then it is really important nowadays to keep it clean because you do not want leftover semen to stay there. Definitely change your underwear daily if you do not already do so, and keeping clean down there is really important now that you can make semen.
At least you can cum now, and enjoy the new feelings.

This is a perfect answer, really not much more to add to it. I agree.

It will feel even better when you have more semen. For me, when I'm really horny and haven't masturbated for a few days, the pressure of having more come out makes it feel so good. The orgasm seems to last longer too. Sometimes I get as many as five or six big spurts. It's like a pump! My balls get really tight to my body, my penis stiffens even more and the feeling of release is amazing.

premium is a fluid that clears out the urethra to prepare for ejaculation, although containing no sperm, it can impregnate a girl if there was sperm in the urethra or vas deferens when the precum was released. as for visual differences, precum is usually clear or somewhat-clear
