I noticed that I have a small, flesh colored, pimple on the side of my penis. It doesn’t hurt, itch, or have a black or white head.
I’m also sexually active.....concerning?

See a doctor is going to be the most common answer.

I had a pimple ages ago but mine had a white head. I just ignored it, washed the area like normal and it went away after a few days.

Normally stuff like that ends up being nothing but going to a doctor to be 100% sure isn’t a crazy thing to do

I wouldn't worry about it for now. Though if it starts getting red or becomes painful or itchy, I'd see a doctor.

Since you are sexually active I would go for a STD check especially if you do not wear a condom when doing your thing. I agree with the others that what you could have is just an ingrown hair follicle or a pimple, but since you are sexually active you need to be checked out. None of us can tell you what you have for sure without seeing it, and the only one who can do so with certainty is a medical professional.

I would also recommend to see a doctor if it hasn't disappeared since.

Most everyone gets them from time to time. Kind of a nuisance but it's normal and nothing to worry about.
