Yup. It does.

It's normal fo your balls to contract just before ejaculation. It's more pronounced in younger guys. as you get older, they don't contract as much. Men over 50 don't have that kind of contraction. Sometimes your balls will contract and appear to be positioned above your penis, where pubes grow. It's part of growing up, nothing to worry about.
