For male nudists: Question about your boy-parts in the sun

I've been invited by a close male friend to go on vacation with him, and where we are going (with his parents. too) he tells me there is a nude beach and he wanted me to know we'll be going there.

I'm too embarrassed to ask him, is it possible my scrotum and penis could sunburn? EEK!! So, should I apply sunscreen all over my dick and balls?? Help!

I wouldn't know for certain but I'm sure that it can sunburn if you aren't careful, that would really suck. I know I hadn't really thought of feet getting sunburnt but that happened to be semi recently and it sucked, so I'd just say to be careful with it

yes put sun screen on every thing penis, scrotum, under your balls also on your back side and I am not joking also in your bum crack as you will burn if this parts of your body are not used to the sun.

You need sunscreen everywhere as mentioned above. I've only sunburned my bottom once, and that was enough. When I start lying by the pool I use a 30 spf and that's what I suggest you use, the beach sun will be stronger, even if it's a little hazy or cloudy you can still burn.

yes for sure use sunscreen and reapply it a few times if you are there for a few hours. Water, sweat, and sand will wear away the sunscreen you put on after about an hour. Your skin can burn everywhere. keep a towel nearby to cover yourself if you need to (that is kind of a rule at most naturist places anyway). Have fun

And, I know that this is a clothing-optional beach, but I'm for some reason excited to give it a try, just being naked in a public area around other naked people.

And since it's been sunny warm weather for many weeks now, I also mentioned to my friend that it will be obvious that I'm not a naturist because I'm pretty dark tanned now but the area my shorts cover is completely white. My friend said most people are not full-time naturists, so I should see most people looking a lot like me.

I learned this summer when we went to a resort for the first time that non-nudists are called cotton tails due to untanned bottoms. it's not meant in a mean way.

Boners are like fishing poles in the water. Watch out for baby sharks! That's why I said it's good manners to bring two towels before. Sand stuck in the lotion there kinda sucks (so do panko breadcrumbs - don't ask). So a second clean towel for there will save you bad chafing later! Plus if they have benches at the wiener stand it's always good manners to sit on a towel when you are naked.

It's called Gunnison Beach and it's on the coast in New Jersey. My friend sent me this link so I could read a little about the place:

He also told me that since we are going to be there on a weekend, if the weather stays great there might be a thousand naked people of all ages on the beach. He told me his family has been going there for a few days every summer since he was a little kid. He said there was only one time he wanted to not go, and that was the year he was 13 and his parents had never seen him with pubic hair yet. But he said he found loads of kids his same age there that year, too, and that made him feel very comfortable about his changing body. He says that now he hates going swimming places and having to wear a swim suit. He told me it feels like "taking a bath with all my clothes on".

I am not a nudist but the logic says you have to entirely protect yourself against the sun. It's skin, like other parts of your body - and I would even say this skin is more fragile than other parts, so special care is needed.

We got here and went to the beach, and I nervously stripped off my shirt and shorts and stayed COMPLETELY NAKED with hundreds of others on the beach! I slathered up my dick and balls with sunscreen, and me and by friend did each other's butts.
Gosh, I have never even seen my own mother naked but now I've seen his dad AND HIS MOM naked!! Plus, he has a 13 y.o. sister and she brought a friend, too. I was a little embarrassed seeing both of them get naked, too.

After about an hour I felt completely comfortable being naked in such a public place. There were people of ALL ages and sizes there. I can't wait to get back there today! We are leaving in about a half-hour. I hope to get rid of my "white butt" this weekend, but NOT have anything burn down there!! :-)

I'd still keep a swimsuit on you on handy just incase. I been to some nude beaches before and still most people wear there swimsuit there. If you want to expose yourself to the world then it would probably be a good idea to use sunscreen on your ween.

It was a terrific experience, and the beach was VERY nudist. I did see some girls who were just topless, but my friend told me that can be if girls are having their periods.
I applied the sunscreen all over my stuff and I did fine. No burning or redness, especially in my 'personal' areas.
