Hi
I am 17 and I can barely retract my foreskin after my head. I noticed that I can't retract it more because I have a really small frenulum.
I don't know what to do.

Speak to your doctor about it if you're concerned. It doesn't seem to be anything harmful but if it really worries you, they may be able to recommend a treatment.

It is not too late.
There are exercises you can do to retract.
Have you tried in the shower, with hot water ? Doing it a bit every day helps. The more you try, the more your frenulum will become a bit more extensible.

I can fully retract my foreskin when I am soft but I can't fully retract when I am erect.
I have tried filling it under hot water but I cannot also retract it fully.

I think you should see your doctor and inquire what can be done.

Has your foreskin separated from the glans?

When you retract, does your foreskin stop at the base of your head? Can you see your glans (head) and it's base completely?

Try some stretches. If doesn't work go to a doctor

You can try some stretching, but ask a doctor and see what your doctor recommends

a frenulectomy could help or you could get prescribed creams to help with it.
