I have this problem

I’m uncut and my penis foreskin retract only when I’m soft, when I’m hard it’s always very tight (the foreskin) and I want to retract it it kinda hurts. And by the way I’m 15 and hit puberty kinda young. Does anyone has this problem too? Or have any tips for me?

The foreskin is probably just a little tight. Speak to your doctor about steroid creams that should help it become a little more stretchy

The steroid cream gives good results. I had a very tight foreskin until recently and after few weeks using the cream it began to stretch and the opening to become more wide.
Now I can pull back my foreskin completely behind the glans with almost no difficulty.
Don’t hesitate to talk to your doctor, there’s always a solution for any problem

Yeah but in my country there isn’t that good medicine or doctors and I don’t speak much with them and my moms usually goes so...

Try stretching exercises for your foreskin. Just take it slow and easy. There are plenty of suggestions on the internet so just research it. There are also many threads on here about that subject.

I don't have a foreskin, but I've heard that stretches are very useful for dealing with this problem.
