Hello all,
I'd like to create a survey here because I'm insecure and I know there are others like me, so maybe it will help. I'm 16yo, 170cm(5 Feet, 6.9 Inches) tall and 55kg (121.2 pounds). Should I lose weight?
Also, other guys, let's do a survey.

No, you're shouldn't lose weight as you are not fat at all. Maybe try building a bit of muscle if you are feeling insecure.

Not a guy, but agreed that you should not lose fat. You’re 5’9 and 120 lbs, I’m 5’3 and I’m 115. You’re actually underweight, if anything, and you should probably look at bulking or putting some on. You’re also 16, so puberty and growing you will naturally put on more weight, so don’t worry about it

NO Don't try to lose weight. I wouldn't
go below 100 pounds if that is what u
intend to do. Id eat a healthy diet of
protein and carbos and bulk up a bit
with some exercise. By doing so
u might lose ur insecurity and feel
better of urself.

There is nothing to loose, pal... If you don't want to look like a skeleton, of course. I would suggest even starting to gain some weight and hitting the gym...

Yeah that's pretty much underweight, if you think ur overweight u might consider the possibility that u have a body image issue, bc there's prob lots of dudes that WISH they were 120lbs

When I was ypur height I was 60 kg and nobody said that I’m fat and I knew I’m not fat

Do you consider yourself fit?: yes/no -- could be more toned but not overweight either
Do you have six-pack?: No -- and really don't care if I have one -- I know that I am in good shape, but could be better. I don't really think being that cut is really that cute -- if you have a fit body, that works better imo.
You are not overweight by any possibility -- if you don't want to work out, then find something that you enjoy that is physical to help you tone and add some mass (not fat) to your body. I live/work on a farm so that is my outlet to stay in shape when I don't have sports in school.
Someone earlier said they would have to see you to give a better opinion and I agree.

Do you have six-pack?: I have 4-pack. 2upper abs are starting to show up but i have sunken chest in that place so i think i might not be able to get full 6pack at all. I might be stuck with only 4 abs

I was skinny in November 128 lbs now I’m fat. I need help losing it but ppl telling me oh just go to the gym don’t understand bc the trainers won’t help and idk. I need help
