Shaving under the waist

Hi! I used to never shave at all, but this morning, I got curious and decided to try it. I knew just trimming wouldn't be interesting, because it would just be less hair than before, so I went the whole way and shaved it all. The only problem I have is that there is still hair on my bails that is about a quarter of its previous size, but I want it to feel smooth and I'm not sure how to get the rest off without cutting myself. Also, I shaved my entire pelvis, but stubble is still left over and I would like to get rid of that to make it smooth. (I know, I'm usually confused why people would get rid of all the hair, but I just wanted to try it once!) I use an electric shaver and buying a razor and shaving cream isn't an option. (My mom won't let me lol.) Is there any way to make either areas smoother with an electric shaver?

Sorry bro, but according to my experience this is the only way you can get what you want :)
As an option you can also try shaving cream, i used it once successfully, but i got much better result with a razor.
By the way, i (and other ppl) usually do it when i'm in bathroom, so maybe you could try to buy stuff that you need, use it when you will go in bathroom and then get rid of this :D

By the way, if you will use razor, you should get ready that your skin will be itching as hell after 3-4 days :D

I'm 16. And she won't let me because I already have an electric one to use for my face and my dad uses an electric one so she doesn't see the need for a razor.

Well, you can say that electric one doesn't shaves smooth enough (and that's really so). Or you can save few dollars and buy razor secretly.

But i have to warn you again: after first shaving with razor your skin will itch very hard for 3-4 days. On the other hand, it feels really nice when you're scratching there ^^

Hi, so Ina swimmer ad we have to be hairless all the time so I knew a thing or two, first take a shower, not a cold one but a really hot one, make sure it's hot enough to open pores but not to burn you, wash your penis and balls or where ever else you need to shave, my best advise is to just shave it all off, happy trail, stomach, chest, pubes, side pubes, balls, and taint, after you wash it make sure that you rub and massage shaving cream ( shaving cream works but I found that it leaves hairs behind and that conditioner actually works better becuase it moisturises) massage it in very well and then grab your razor. I personally shave one time with conditioner on wash it then a second time with conditioner and then if you want a third time with just soap. After you shave or invetwren shavings make sure you wash it and warm the pores up again. After your done shaving and while still in the shower massage conditioner into what ever you shaved then then just rinse it off, don't wash it again though. After you're done with your shower pat the area dry and then lightly run on some aftershave lotion (I get the after shave lotion when I but cologne sets, this works better then after shave becuase it doesn't sting and smells better) once your done do whatever your want but try to stay warm the day of the shaving of you get goodebumps th hair will start to grow again. After this is all done it usually takes about a week or two for it to start growing back and getting itchy but make sure that 1-3 days you rub slow lotion on the area(yes you can do this while jerking off or playing with yourself) and tbats how you shave your pubes, well atleast how I've done it for 7 years while I've been a competitive swimmer and runner

Unless you can get your hands on a razor and shaving cream, you are going to have to give up on the project.
