Hot showers or cold showers

Not really sure if this fits into this category but I want to know if people take hot or cold showers.. like your preference. I take really hot showers cuz it can get real cold down in SA believe it or not. But in summer I take hot showers too.

My rather confusing answer is "hot or cold" depending on my mood and the time of year.

But mostly, I prefer my shower to be body temperature so that it doesn't shock my system by being too hot or too cold. :)

If it's hot out, 80F or above, I refuse to take a hot shower. I don't like to sweat right when I get out. So pretty much my hot showers are only in wintertime.

I only really have warm or hot showers unless I need to cool down,in which case I will lower the temperature so it’s like lukewarm! :)

I took both. I love a cool to slightly cold shower if I been doing yard work, been out in the sun, or all sweaty from being sick or whatever. Most of the time it’s a hot shower. For extra therapeutic benefits, I’ll throw in an aromatherapy fizzy thing. Hot showers are also fun if you have a companion in there with you, lol.

Hot shower or cold shower: Always start off with a hot shower (not scalding but well above body temperature). Where I think I differ from most is: Summer - I usually end up with 85% cold water before I get out -- Winter, no change in water temperature.
