View Full Version : Your Reaction To An Irritating Person?

What would you do if this girl from the class next door (you don't know her, but she sits close to you in test) is being very impolite and disruptive in the middle of a final test? It's an important final test because you're a senior, plus it's a subject you're not confident in. Doesn't seem overly important for this one girl though. It seems like she gave up trying and abandoned the test with 60+ minutes of time left, and then started making these annoying noises which is very audible in the silent test room.

Would you confront her? What would you say? Somebody sharply said "SHHH!!" when she didn't stop after 1 minute but she laughed it off... which is even more disruptive. This girl has a reputation of being insanely impolite. It's almost like nobody has ever taught her how to behave properly. Whenever gently reminded, she laughed it off. She does have a good heart though, it's just that she's annoying.

What would you do?

I think confronting her would be as disruptive to you and others - was there a teacher present then I would ask the teacher maybe move seats.

I would probably hit her but my advice shouldn't always be taken on board ;)

Seems like a good idea to me to report it to whoever is in charge; attempting to talk to her yourself takes away your own time, so i wouldn't do that.

I would probably knock her out... :P

Call the person supervising the test or smack her
(Chivalry is sexism)

I would probably knock her out... :P

Strangling her could be an option, but based on how good she is at holding her breath it'll only take more time off your test XD

But seriously, no, do not punch her or anything like that.

Strangling is overrated. Go Medieval French on her ass-challenge her to a duel at 2 paces.

As much as I'd like to kill her, I'd just ignore her.

LOL I would love to punch this girl in the face trust me but unfortunately it could get me expelled from school. She got several warnings from different teachers who are supervising the test but knowing how she is, she carried on being disruptive! =\ oh well the test week ends today. Let's just hope I would never sit near her ever again.

You get EXPELLED for punching someone in the face? Wow, your school is lame. People have gotten in epic fights behind the fountain here and none of them ever got in trouble (whole school was watching and shit as well)

There is a girl like this in my class, for her a history exam this year she wrote one sentence in a test that was 1hr 45min long and spent the rest of the exam distracting everyone else. I just ignore her because if you acknowledge it, it just encourages them.

whoa I'd hate to see anyone I know fist fighting :( and yes over here if you land a hit on somebody within the school grounds you'd get expelled immediately no questions asked... and yes, in case you're wondering, our principal HAS expelled about 5+ boys at the same time once..

I would grab her by the neck, like you would grab a kitten, stand up, approach the door, open it and kick her out, close it and return, all without saying a word and being as quiet as possible.

I would just ask to move seats. Confrontation would just cause more disruption.

WOW. This saddens me greatly; what kind of school denies its members the joy of a mano e mano fight? But back to topic, I hope you find a solution to your problem.
