Like the title says but I'm good for my weight and height, (124 & 5"5). When my parents bright me to the doctor for my physical and check up he said I was good for my age, but they didn't say anything to him, how only eat one meal a day for so long because I believe in fasting and I'm just not too hungry. We have food at are house, my father is a chef who been one for 29 years and my mom is art instructor/teacher 22 years. I think I might have something but should I tell my doctor when I back next Monday? Thanks allot see you later

to ease ur mind.

You definitely should talk to your doctor and tell your doctor about your eating habits. That way the doctor will know how to treat and help you. To hide anything about your eating just one meal a day from your doctor isn't helping you. It maybe could harm you. Is there any reason why you are fasting besides not being hungry?
Good luck.

I agree with the above comments. The first step is always to talk about it, and you did right by raising your problem here on VT.
The second step is to talk to someone who can help you in a practical way, and I recommend the doctor as the best option.
Since you posted in June, maybe you could let us know how you got along and if talking to your doctor has helped you?

Eating one meal a day could become unhealthy in the long term simply because your body probably needs more nutrients (or at least it will eventually as you continue to grow). When I was around your age, I began eating very little because I didn't feel hungry. I now know that it is likely depression and it is something that, while I still struggle with it, I am much better at dealing with.
My point in saying that is that it I've learned that it's always helpful and smart to get in tune with your body as much as you can about what it really needs to thrive. Research is always a good start, though it can be daunting at first.
Best of luck!

Sometimes I can go days w/o eating and not be hungry...... I started eating Organic because the reg GMO food was bothering me.. I had stomach issues,etc..... Then I read up on how GMO food can make people sick.... (General Malise, etc)
I usually only eat once a day if that but I drink alot. (Milk, orange juice,Lemonade, chocolate Milk or sometimes soda)
If you feel good doing this than its fine :)
