Now that i got your attention, I was wondering if my body is in a healthy shape. I’m 15 years old, I weight 170lbs and I’m 5’ 9”... my waist is getting bigger it was 28 and is now 32 plus my stomach seems to be getting bigger... I want to look a thin and muscular but I don’t know how to achieve it. Should I fast for a couple days? Workout more (I don’t have lots of time to workout).. idk what to do.

You are overweight for your height. Cut out sugars as much as you can. Exercise and watch what you eat. No packages food use real ingredients when cooking. Don’t skip meals but u can eat less.

My body went through changes like that and I started doing a workout at home and changed my diet and i was able to get rid some of that extra weight. If you want it bad enough, you will find a way to make it happen.

you could choose to do nothing about your weight and pursuit an unhealthy lifestyle, or you could start dieting and working out; no further detail really needs to be discussed.

Watch what you eat and how much and try to workout more.

As others have said, watch what you eat and exercise more. I am overweight, and am doing this. Working (kinda) so far.

It's better to not skip meals and just stop eating unhealthy stuff in between.

Eat a normal, healthy diet, but just cut down on your portions.

Since you don't have much time to workout, try walking to and from everywhere you go as much as possible. A simple 10 minute walk a day can help burn calories.
If you can, maybe even cycle as well.
I agree with what people are saying about diet too. I, myself am quite lucky as I have a high metabolism and can eat pretty much what I want. But even I have noticed myself gaining fat!
Don't do anything too radical at first as a diet change, try to implement more fruit and veg instead of snacks (I'm very bad for this one :P). As you work out more/walk more you WILL be hungry, just keep it healthy.
And that's all I know (but like I'm not a nutritionist or anything so yolo lol)
