Do your balls fit in your underwear pouch? Mine does unless I’m sitting down then my balls hang in my boxers briefs at the bottom part below the pouch. How low on your waist do you wear your underwear? Also what’s the distance from your penis to your belly button? Does your dick reach? Mine doesn’t.

My balls don't really hang a lot and I wear boxers too so having pretty much no support makes it a non-issue I guess.
I wear my underwear on my hips I think, most of the time anyway.
My penis doesn't quite reach my belly button.

Mine balls dont hang loose at all. I normally wear briefs, so they fit in the pouch easily. I wear my underwear around my hips covering the top of my butt in the back and covering what it needs to cover in the front. But not pulled up way high. My penis doesnt reach my belly button. It is like 2" from getting there.

I would be similar to the picture but I guess that I wear my undies a bit higher. Just a bit lower than my belly button.

Mine are smaller than average so they don't hang super low normally but when it's hot they hang quite low. It's kind of weird tbh because I didn't think mine would hang that low because they're not really that big.
