I have checked with several contacts of mine in Perú, Colombia, Costa Rica, and Panamá. The pacific tsunami alert was thankfully a false alarm, and since Chile is badass at combating earthquakes everything will be fine at the end of the week.

Anyone else notice the patterns between earthquakes and solar flares?
I know not many scientists support the theory, but I can't help but notice how a lot of these major earthquakes match up with earth facing CME solar flares.

That's the solar wind prediction released 2 days BEFORE the earthquake.
The earthquake started slightly before one sector to the left of the yellow line, about when the spike first begins.
I've seen this happen quite a few times.. I'm not a scientist or anything and haven't looked into any fine details of it, though almost all of the recent major (as well as a lot of the minor ones) have lined up with in 15-30minutes with solar flares arriving at earth.
