I don't know why you can't go to the pool together. That would be the perfect place in the changing room. You could walk to the bathroom nude sometime to shower when you know he will see you. Last choice you could find some little thing on your penis or balls that you could go and show him and ask if it's normal or something to be concerned with. He would see you that way for sure.

You should really work out what it is that you want. Precisely.
But, to be honest, I do get where you're coming from. I had similar urges when I was younger.
I personally think that this comes from our male- and sex-oriented society and so bonding over the same genital seems like a natural way of bonding.

If you feel the urge just go up to your dad and ask him if he could check. And then have a talk with him about male sexuality. I think this would help ;)

But please! Do NOT flash your junk around or try to trick him into seeing you naked. That is just not very respectful and surely steps over your father's personal boundaries and comfort.
