I heard that low hanging balls mean more testosterone. Is it true? Do you have low hanging balls or not? Did you try some exercises to make it hang lower?

My balls are almost always tight. But sometimes they also begin to hang lower. I heard someone said that the length that testicles hang down related to the quantity of sex their owner has had, isn't it?

Just having low balls does not mean that the testosterone levels are higher than they should be. Though testosterone is the primary factor in the stimulation of growth of male features, it does not determine the end result. That's for the genes to plan, you could say hormones just induce bodily functions.
A high level of testosterone would actually lead to more tension in your body which has been linked to temporary shrinkage of the balls ;)
As for me, my balls are just average. Some days they hang lower or when I'm just completely relaxed. But we all know what happens when it gets cold down there!
And I've never heard of someone trying to artificially lengthen their balls. But humans also try to engorge their dicks so that's not to far of a stretch.
What really does cause hanging is age.

mine hang a little and that just started recently. friends and most boys at school hang lower. body and air temp also affect this. don't know why you'd want to stretch your scrotum

Most of the time, the amount your balls hang depend on temperature. For example, your balls may hang lower if you're in a hot shower after exercising than if you just got into a cold pool. It may also depend on ejaculations and/or age.
Hope this helped!

It's got nothing to do w testosterone, it's just genetics

I don't think you'd want to force your balls to hang lower - like stretching them or something like that. It's ok if they're tight or hang when they're warm, as others have said - that's all totally natural and normal. But I've heard the cords and stuff that hold your balls are delicate, so probably not a good idea to be tugging at those. And some guys can even have what's called testicular torsion, where your balls can twist. That's one of the reasons guys are supposed to wear jockstraps or compression shorts for sports.

Mine just started hanging lower. They are usually tight and pulled up in the sac.

Mine are tight and don't hang very low. I don't believe that height of your balls have anything to do with testosterone levels.

I suppose mine hang at an average low. I don't want to make it lower at all.

I have no idea as to whether lower hanging balls = more testosterone.....I always thought it had something to do with the temperature. As for mine they don't hang to low normally...about average.

Low hangers are just genetics. That’s it. Nothing to do with more testasterone. I have big balls, but they don’t hang low

I think its genetics too. I have rather large balls that dangle which makes my shaft look smaller, lucky me. But I know I've seen my father while changing at the Y and he has low hanging fruit too. So there is that.

· A scrotum that hangs low can be a source of worry and embarrassment and even keep one from participating in sports or just enjoying a day at the beach. Many men regard low hanging balls as simply a cosmetic issue and seek help from a plastic surgeon. In reality, the sagging scrotum is usually caused by a medical problem called a varicocele.

I've heard that but I don't know how true that is. Guys assume I have big hangers cuz of how I'm built and cuz I'm kinda hairy.
As for exercises, I've read and done this...you take a warm washcloth, wrap it around your nads, and then gently pull down on the vas deferens like 5-10x in small pull down strokes. Idk if I noticed a difference but that was the only "exercise" I know of.

Not sure this is true for everyone. I have high testosterone as well as really large low hanging balls, but it def runs in the family as well.

Part that makes some people's look small is that the skin is rough when they actually hang somewhat

I think that you don't need to try to change your balls position because it is just natural.
