I am 14 and I am uncut. I cant pull down my foreskin at all. I can't even pull it out to expose the head of my penis. What should I do ?

I would have a talk with your doctor. The last thing I would do however is to be circumcised.

I agree with the poster above, and talking with your doctor is your first step. It seems like you have Phimosis which is not a big deal. In many cases you can be put on some sort of steroidal cream/ointment that can loosen things up.

Do not be embarrassed to bring this up with your parents because your problem is a common one. A lot of guys have your issue, and do not feel badly.

I am uncut and can't retract over the head of my penis even when soft. I am trying to stretch of foreskin daily... It was a pain at first but now it's better. I can only retract it slightly to see a part of the head.

Is that even when soft? Is the foreskin still attached to the head? Check with ur doctor

I had the same problem before.
My doctor prescribed me some steroid cream to apply on the foreskin to help stretching it.
Step by step I was able to pull it back more and more until full retraction behind the glans.
You should go to your doctor to assess the tightness of your phimosis and get the appropriate treatment to cure it. As already read, it’s a quite common issue for guys.

As the others said, go to your doctor. It's nothing to be ashamed of.

like most other foreskin related threads here, just try stretching it slowly but gradually in the shower every night, or get some steroid cream from a doctor

See this article from the UK NHS (https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/phimosis/).

So it isn't something that needs to be treated unless you are getting problems with it becoming inflamed. You may want to treat it, though, as it might make unprotected sex painful in the future. Treatment would be stretching and steroid cream can help make that more effective. You'd need to go to the doctor to get that prescribed. A very few people may find the stretching doesn't work and need to be circumcised but that is only done as a last resort and it is up to you whether you want to go that far.

Like other have said seeing your doctor is always best and hopefully he can do something. You could also try some stretching exercises in the shower but be careful you don't go to far and damage the foreskin.

Continue doing it and you'll see, maybe with a lot of practice you'll be able to retract fully

I had the same problem I went to a doctor and was given a cream for it and continued to do what you are doing now. I dont have that problem anymore.

You just need to stretch it out over time. It's ok for it to be tight. Hey, at least you actually have foreskin lol..

I'm 14 years old now and my foreskin is just a little bit tight. When I was 11 I couldn't pull it back at all so I think that It will become wider at the time.

I would suggest you talk to your parents about you seeing a doctor before you try retracting your foreskin yourself. A doctor can help you with your tight foreskin and prescribe a treatment. You don't want to harm the essential party of your anatomy by treating yourself.

My foreskin is really tight. I can't pull it back at all even when soft. It doesn't cause any pain or anything so I'm just going to leave it that way.
