But doesn't that make this post pretty pointless too? Just pointing out another post and saying it was locked, and it's not puberty related either

It's an update on previous inappropriate activity in this forum.
This thread may well get closed also and that's fine; it's served its function.

The point of the other thread was a girl just wanting to cause trouble by posting in the boys' forum.

It was an experiment. Another boy posted in the girls section asking about penis size and it hadn’t been locked yet. She was just seeing how fast her thread would get locked and if the thread in the girls section would get locked as well.

They don't lock threads when someone of the wrong sex posts in it. The mods make a post in red notifying them they shouldn't post there.

She was just looking to stir up trouble.

There's actually a TON of threads/posts that are either rule breakers, or just inappropriate. For example, long time members replying all blasé blasé to threads that will obviously be locked bc there's a rule violation, as if they don't know better.
