Hey,

Haven't posted in a while but found myself kind of regreting that I never had a group of guy friends that I could consider as my brothers. Was kind of a shy and awkward kid and never really got to experience a brother hood.

Any other guys going through the same thing?

RIP my boyhood

Hi Old Man Lou :)
Growing up I had always had a group
of good guys that were almost like Bros
to me. Now two have moved on to colleges
one is still around but after high school u don't
get to c people as much as u did when u went
to school and u end up with new friends. That's
how life is. One good friend passed away this year
and I still get flashbacks to times when we had fun.
I do miss having a real Bro in my life though.

I guess that I am lucky. I have always had a group of both guys and girls that are close friends since about the 5th grade. We grew up together and also helped each other with a lot of the puberty questions and problems. It was and is great I am so lucky and grateful.

Unfortunately for me, I acted feminine throughout elementary and middle school. I have 4 sisters in total, and that alone subconsciously made me feel more comfortable hanging out with only females. Now I kind of regret it because I only have one guy friend. Even then, we barely talk, as he moved to another city after high school.

I know what you mean, I felt awkward talking to my friends about puberty and stuff, and I grew up with no siblings which really annoys me so I was kind of just on my own :/
