Of course there will always be bigger and smaller guys than you to compare with in any age group of give or take 3 years.

I think it depends on the age gap, a year doesn’t mean much if you’re in the early-mid stages of puberty, but if you’re in the later stages and you’re being compared to someone 2-4 years younger you might just be a little on the smaller side (or the other boy might be the bigger side). At the end of the day, it’s ok as long as you know how to use it! :D

ummm I don't really think i've seen someone that is way younger with a bigger dick than me. If i am changing and stuff I am usually with people of the same age-ish. But i don't really take in soft size, bc the dick grows and he could be more of a shower not a grower.

With being average at best this happens -- on both sides -- some younger guys are way smaller and some are a good bit bigger....as someone said, just depends on how slowly/quickly they are developing....

I do not know why my family members are all above average. I'm 17, 5.5 soft and 8.3 erect. Even modest, we are forced to admit that with this size, it would be difficult to find someone bigger and younger. Except in my family. For example, one of my cousins at age 15 and is a bigger than 6 soft. I did not measure it but I can not easily estimate its erect size to at least 8.5.

I regularly hit the public pool and of course, when I shower, I take good looks at the business of the other men and boys around me.
And of course I have witnessed a strong variety. But one boy in particular stayed in my mind. His dick just seemed longer and just as thick as mine. I think he was about 13 years of age.
I just felt good for him. But later on I remembered that he was quite tense and that being naked in the shower had been a real accomplishment for him. In such situations a dick can get slightly aroused because of all the tension. Or he had just developed faster and was near his end.
But either way, I hope he even grows some more ;)

My brother who is 2 years younger is going through a growth spurt and his dick is now bigger than mine. I don't care but I thought that brothers would have very similar dicks. That is obviously not the case.
