Does cut guys have frenulum?

it depends from circumcision to circumcision, most cut guys have remnants of their frenulum whereas other have a fully preserved frenulum, or no frenulum

Depends on just how tightly cut the circumcision was. A lot of circumcised guys still have their frenulum if the doctor that circumcised them wasn't a total butcher.

I'm curious, I've not heard of part of it being partially removed. Which bit is missing? Does it just not go all the way to the end, or...?

I'm circumcised, and I only have a scar line on the bottom of my penis where my frenulum apparently used to be, before the doctor cut me. (And I was circumcised tight, too. Not a lot of loose skin on my penis when I have an erection.)

It stretches out along its typical length, it’s just that it doesn’t stick out at all, it’s flat right up against head and kind of faint.

I am cut but don't know what that term means.
It's a stringy sort of skin from the opening (urethral opening) to the underside of the shaft. There's a similar one on the bottom of your tongue. Sometimes during a circumcision, it gets cut off. It hurts like crazy when it gets removed and a lot of sensitivity goes with it.

How's your bend? What about pulling/stretching? I assume you use lots of lube for masturbating and sex?

Ahhhh okay. I am cut and I don't have that. I have a string looking line though on my sac. When my sac is tight it is very noticeable.

Bend? No bend. The skin isn't so tight that it bends by shaft.
Lube? Using a lube is the most pleasurable and comfortable way for me to masturbate. The first time I did it I used a soapy hand as my lube and I didn't know for a few months that there was any other way to make that great feeling happen.
I can jerk off dry by just rubbing/tugging the little bit of loose skin back and forth, but it's much more likely to leave my dick red and a little sore after I'm done.

It depends on HOW people are cut as some styles involve removing the frenulum whilst others make sure not to.
