Is it possible to break the frenulum during sex or masturbation?
I have heard that's possible.
Did you ever break your frenulum?
Does it hurt?

yeah frenulum tearing is possible especially those with a tight foreskin or short frenulum, and it is painful; although its never happened to me

You wouldn't break your frenulum. You would have to tear it. The frenulum is made to stretch a distance and it would be painful to you before you would actually tear it. I would think that it would take more force that sex or masturbation to tear it.

It is possible and terribly painful. Thankfully it happens only if it's "violent" (I don't have a more appropriate word), but be careful.

Yes you do. Maybe not on the glans of your penis because, like me, you're circumcised and it's intentionally been cut. still inside your lip
But you DO have two others: Push your tongue up outside of your teeth but still inside your lip. You'll run into a piece of something that attaches your lip to your gum. That's a frenulum. There is another one if you push your tongue down outside your lower teeth.

I think the only way a frenulum could tear is by something a LOT more traumatic than masturbating or sex could ever be.

It's made of connective tissue which is generally pretty tough. You could tear it with extreme force in the same way that you can tear tendons and ligaments but you'd have to be very rough with it to do that.

I don’t think u can break a tiasue. That’s usually used for bone. But tearing maybe, I mean, you’d probably really have to try but sure I guess lol
