Checking your balls

Hi guys,
Do you check your nuts regularly?

Testicular cancer is most common in the 15-30 age group and I don’t think many guys are aware of that. I also didn’t know about that until last week when we had that informational lesson. What do you think?

I check mine, my mom checks (awkward, i know, but lots of males in my family have had testicular cancer, so she’s been checking since I was 12) and my doctor checks

at my last physical my doc showed me how to check and i do it every week

I usually don't. I wait until I have to have a physical and the doctor will check them during the physical. He knows better than me what to look for.

It's that kind of thinking that puts people in danger: most cancers don't start with massive, easily noticeable lumps but rather small unusual bumps of cells that grow and spread rapidly. For all you know, by the time it becomes large enough to notice it could have spread to other tissues and become malignant. That's why it's really recommended to get to know how they naturally feel so that one day if something unusual is there you know it may be cancer.

Every day then. I use examining mine in the course of my self foreplay . When I have time (bedtime) I makevstlf pleasure a long enjoyable process.

All you need to do is gently check surface of your balls by rolling thumb over it. Look for swallowing, lumps or any other abnormalities. It’s best to do it under the shower or after cause skin of your ball sack is quite loose then

Good advice. One time I had what is called varicocele next to one of my nuts and was told by my doctor not to worry bout it. It went away by itself.
