Hey
I am uncut and I can't pull the foreskin after the head/gland when I am hard. What should I do?
I I have a curved dick to the left if that matters

same with me. I can't figure it out. People have suggested try stretching the foreskin, but it hasn't worked for me. I might have to get circumsied, which i don't particularly want

What do you mean? Like the ridged band (the sort of tighter circle part near the end of the foreskin) can't be pulled back behind the glans to fully expose it?

With some uncut guys it is just normal when erect. You could look at stretching exercises on the internet and try that. I sure wouldn't get circumcised unless it hurts you and your doctor thinks it's absolutely necessary.

It can be easier when your skin is wet, under the shower for example. Try it. It should stretch it.

go see your doctor, Franciscofixe and ItzMeTheTeen . yes, is embarressing, but better than waiting too long and getting problems... not personally been a problem for me, but one of my brothers had to be circumcised since ointments and other treatment options didn't help

I am uncut and I can't pull the foreskin, too. A friend said that uses chamomile tea, warm, not hot. and then make your penis hard and put the glans in the tea. while in there pull the skin as far back as possible and hold it. Do this 2 or 3 times a day and it may help. I am trying for 2 days.

It's just a part of the foreskin. https://pics.me.me/ridged-band-epithelium-mucosa-13257974.png

you could slowly try and pull it back more and more in the shower nightly, over a fairly long period of time. if that doesn't work you could get prescribes steroid cream which will help

Honestly I think just masturbating helped me. I used to be in your situation where I couldn’t fully pull it back but now I can (although the glands are very sensitive). I also noticed it is easier to pull back under moderately hot water either in the shower or bath. Just try pulling it back and holding it back for no more then 20 secs in short goes. Try pulling back as far as you can until you feel pain. If you feel pain stop. Repeat this process one or twice a day until it fully goes back.

Have you considered stretching exercises?
Do be aware the forsaking may not fully go back in some cases till 17 or 18.

Well, I'm 18 already so
I've tried some stretching excersises but not really. I think I have a tight frenulem, not just tight foreskin.

I suppose that is a kind of stretching exercise. There is more information in this article from the UK NHS (https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/phimosis/).
So there is certainly no need to panic. There is time to try stretching and if that isn't making much difference a doctor should be able to prescribe steroid cream to make the skin stretch more easily. Circumcision should only be a last resort. A children's hospital in Liverpool concluded that only 1 in 4 boys referred to them for possible circumcision needed it, the other 3 in 4 needed to be more patient.

Pull back when it's hard right?

I think me too. Because when I pull the foreskin when I am hard, the frenolum doesn't let me pull it more.

I have been able to retract it, I tried a couple of times today. But it was hard and painful. When it's flaccid, there's actually a little bit of saggy skin. I can only retract it slightly to see a part of the head.

I'd check with the doc on that one. Not sure if they can do a minor op on the fremolum, without actually having to do a circumcision

Nope, it’s easier when soft, I can still do it hard but with more effort.

Doctors can do a small procedure where they cut the skin a little bit, thus allowing it to pull back more. Note that this isn’t a circumcision, just a small procrdure

There was a time when mine did not go back as easily as it does now, not that I had to do anything deliberate about that - I think, like Cosmic_Solar, just the stretching it got from masturbating resolved it, but the frenelum did look tight at the time. I don't think that can have been the explanation, though, because that looks like connective tissue so I am not sure it would stretch much so maybe it just looked tighter than it was.
There is a test you can try. If I pull my foreskin back, once it has cleared the head, if I can continue to pull it back the frenelum does get tight and starts to pull the tip of the glans where the hole is downwards. If that isn't happenning when your foreskin is as far back as you can get it then it probably isn't the frenelum that is limiting movement.

Called a dorsal slit, I believe. Depending on your views this may be preferable to circumcision but either way surgery should only be done once other treatments have been tried and not been successful.

I think I can retract my foreskin when I am soft. I just can't retract it when I am hard.

You wouldn't need to get circumcised for this. For some guys it is normal that it is tighter and cannot be retracted all the way when hard. As long as you can retract it when soft and clean under there, it isn't really a problem.

Sorry but disagree, thats how foreskin tearing happens during sex. Pure and simple a foreskin should always be retractable.
